Jeff's other best friend since the fourth grade and other roommate, "Peg" is easy-going, fun-loving and unpretentious. He's also big and manly (would have to be to walk around with a nickname like "Peg") and women flock to him--much to the consternation of Frank--but he takes it in stride. Women are just another fun thing in his life, and he does his best to enjoy life to the fullest without thinking too far ahead.
